Think twice if you're not a perfect fit...
Pros: None
Cons: Insulting comments about weight
"My son recently had a black tie affair- he went to tuxedo express to get a tux. Turned out to be a horrible experience. He's average height, a bit over weight, the owner was insensitive and insulting. She had all kinds of awful comments, kept saying that she wasn't sure she could get a size like his 'because of his weight'. He went to a different tux store and had no insulting comments or remarks. The tux fit him beautifully! I've heard from other people that she tends to be insulting- no one needs to feel worse about themselves."

We were told that they had too many weddings and everyone elses order was good
Pros: they scrambled together at the last minute and got us Semi-matching vests
Cons: no customer service
"We rented our wedding tuxedos there and the majority of our order had missing pieces. We asked the owner to be compensated for the mistakes and her reply was, "we think that you should pay us more money because we had to scramble around on the day of your wedding to fufill your order". Isn't that the service we paid for, a complete tuxedo with a vest and a tie? They never even checked our order when it came to the store to notice that it had ties and vests missing.....such a major piece of a tuxedo that any layman would notice. The owner's response to us was that they had several other weddings the same weekend and all of those orders had no problems. The customer service is not good!"

"I love Tuxedo Express. They are so easy to work with. My son always got his uniforms from them and my daughters boyfriend got his prom tux. Nancy and her crew are wonderful. Will always recommend them. "
