"We used to take our Altima in for service at the Bartonsville location. We have noticed that the service department has seriously taken a turn for the worst. High turnover rate of employees. Lynn used to be very helpful, now it seems like we are a bother. I understand that people sometimes have a bad day, but a bad day everyday is not acceptable when you are dealing with customers. I have to take time off of work to bring my vehicle in. I don't appreciate being treated like I don't matter. We will be taking our business elsewhere."
