Blown away

"Went in to have my Bills Khakis tailored. While there the owner showed me how he can take in the sleeves on my shirt so that my sleeves would not bunch up (I never knew that was possible). I had my pants and shirt done. They did an amazing job and the service was second to none."

"I went into Rovito's because I needed a suit for some important interviews. Ron got to work immediately showing me the different styles he had available and was quick to point out what he thought would work best. He answered all of my questions quickly and thouroughly. He found the perfect style, material, and fit for me. I could not be more happy. I honestly feel that the way the suit made me look was what set me apart from the competition and ultimately made me successful in my interviews! Thanks Ron!"

Not a pleasure

Cons: Over priced, bad attitude, sends his 'custom' work out
"I used this tailor for a suit I had made. First off I want to let anyone know that is considering going to this man, he is incredibly arrogant. I'm a professional man in my 40's, pretty well known in this area, and yet Ron was not respectful of me at all. He acted as though I couldn't afford one of his custom suits- if I wasn't in a bind as far as time, I would've gone to a different men's shop. The suit turned out ok, nothing special and he's over priced. He promised to have it completely ready in time but then charged me extra to have it 'rushed'! I found out later that he didn't do the tailoring anyway, had some seamstress in the area do the work! He's just not a nice person to do business with. I've purchased better suits at Brooks Bros. "

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I'm sorry you didn't have the very best experience here. I hope you will let me try to make it up to you as we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction in a friendly atmosphere. I apolgize for any disrespectful encounter you feel you've had; that was cerainly not my intention.
I'm happy to hear that you trusted us to alter your suit and get it finished and in time as I promised. I'm confused as to why you feel you were charged extra for a quick turnaroud. I have never, nor ever will charge extra to any alteration job that's needed in a rush. If we can not do a job within the time frame requested, we will tell you up front. Also, Peter Musano and I personally do all of the tailoring right here in our shop so I am wondering why you are under the impression that your suit or any alteration is ever sent out.
Again, I apologize for the experience and hope you will reach out to me and give me the opportunity to right any misunderstandings. Thank you for your business and your review

Pros: Service, fit, tailoring, quality, and the prices are quite reasonable.
Cons: None at all.
"The only place I will purchase a suit ever again. Fine clothing and perfect tailoring at a price not much more than a chain menswear store, with better service, better fit and better materials. Ron's suits have lasted me twice as long as suits I've purchased elsewhere."
