Lack of customer-friendliness

"This review is based on my first visit to this business. I came to buy 2 gyros. I was charged 11.00+. I told them that I saw a coupon for 2 gyros online on their site, but, because I had no printer to print it, asked if they would allow for the discount. Their response was "No" with a sneer attached to it. I thought their response was a business no-no because I could have become a loyal customer if they had complied with the coupon request. After all, it would have been a mere couple dollars loss for them in the short-run, but they could have gained a loyal customer,( I would have come back to their business based on their friendliness), which could've increased business in the long-run. Also, word-of-mouth can be beneficial or damaging to their business based on the way they treat their customers."
