"Sorry I have to write such a negative review. I've been going here for more than a year, and I'm always hoping it will improve. Owner has been in business a long time, but has poor people skills. Prices are higher than other up scale salons in the area, and the atmosphere is one of an aloof attitude. No one goes out of their way to be nice. The skills of the person that did my hair are nothing special. Nail services leave much to be desired. They employ people that are inexperienced and it shows. Overall experience left me feeling that I shouldn't go back."

"I was extemely nervous when I made my appointment, only because I was going somewhere new. As soon as I walked in the door all my nervousness disappeared!! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who immediately helped to ease my worries. (Not to mention how beautiful it is in there....hardwood floors, warm inviting colors.I met my stylist and explained what I was looking for...a cut that was easy to maintain and a color that was stylish but not too trendy. She walked me through each step and was polite and cheerful the entire time. When she was finally finished I was amazed! It was exactly what I was looking for! This is by far the best experience I have had! Great friendly staff who is knowledgeable too! Great combo! "

"Went in to get my hair colored brown and came out with red/orange hair! The stylist and I discussed the color I wanted during the consultation but she decided to use a different color/shade without informing me of the change first!They denied it and refused to do anything about it or correct the problem. I'm taking my business else where! Avoid this salon unless you want red/orange hair!"
