"Ever since they switched owners, this place stinks. The building looks like someone rubbed clay on it. The service is awful. The automated system stinks. 90% of the time I call I get forwarded right to a voicemail and never get called back. the shop is empty, and they tell me they cant do a simple oil change. I went in with a coupon that was valid, and not only was it applied; the guy at the counter told me I never gave him one. and when I printed off another one he told me that I needed to present it at time of write up. I'll drive 35 miles to go to Dickson City or Lehigh Valley before I ever go back to Major."
